Hey guys! Welcome back to Exmanga. I have seen a lot of people said that Zoro will fight against Shiryu in battle between Straw Hat pirates and Blackbeard pirates. But in my opinion, Sanji can be the one who will fight against Shiryu of the Rain. So, in this post, we will be talking about them.
As we all know Shiryu has eaten the Suke Suke no Mi, a Paramecia-class Devil Fruit which gives him the ability to turn himself and other things invisible. Suke Suke no Mi is also the devil fruit Sanji always wanted. With this devil fruit, Shiryu is able to cut opponents without being spotted, taking them by surprise.
In One Piece Chapter 931, we saw Sanji uses his Raid Suit. Its unique ability is that it allows Sanji to blend in perfectly with his environment, leaving him invisible to the human eye. This invisibility gives him a great advantage in battle, being able to land surprise attacks on opponents without them seeing him coming.
This ability is similar to Shiryu’s devil fruit ability. So, it makes me think that Sanji will fight against Shiryu, not Zoro. Moreover, since Sanji joined the Straw Hats crew, he and Zoro are not always getting along with each other. They always fight, this could be a foreshadowing in the future that Sanji will fight a swordsman toe to toe.
